MABRASSERIE is a cooperative of workers operating:
1. a craft beer factory that produces its own beers, the PILŽ and Tribale, and which brings together producers, such as Broue Pub Brouhaha, which shares a state-of-the-art facility, joining their buying power, networks of contacts and experience
2. an interpretation, training and sharing center on beer and its manufacture, offering brewing and brewery courses, both for amateur and experienced brewers
3. a tasting room and a shop located in MABRASSERIE offering brewers-tenants products for consumption on site and to bring
